Steve Nelson

Steve Nelson is a real estate broker of Stratum. As such he’s in charge of community programming, sales and marketing. Steve, his wife Gena and three sons live in Cedar City where Steve sits on the board of directors of the local Realtors association, was an ERA rookie of the year, is currently the GPA charter school chairman of the board and sits on the Lions Club board. Steve is recognized for his love of people. He is passionate about taking care of his Clients.
